To Whom It May Concern,
As of January 2008, my husband and I sought a real estate agent to sell our home in Columbia, South Carolina. Though the anticipation of the process generally increases our anxiety, the angst was allayed by Gregg Hardee who is extremely knowledgeable in the field of real estate.
Prior to our initial consultation, Gregg had invested the time and effort to conduct a detailed analysis of comparable selling prices for properties similar to our home. The preparation enabled us, as a team, to mutually determine the best selling price which is the single most important factor in selling a home.
Further, Gregg confidently demonstrated his understanding of the current market to present strategies capitalizing on the assets of our home as a way to sell the home within 60 days to accommodate our financial and personal needs. Not only did we receive a contract on our home within three weeks, but the presented offer exceeded the buy-out offer by $9,900. Needless to say, Gregg’s effectiveness as an agent was instrumental in this accomplishment. Therefore, we recognize and appreciate the effort required to keep abreast of real estate trends and commend Gregg for a job well done!
Because selling a home is a highly emotional and personal process, it is important to retain an agent who can be trusted, and we certainly identify Gregg as a trustworthy professional. Beyond professionally marketing our home, he offered his personal time to assist my husband and me with appointments related to selling the home.
My husband and I not only sold our home, but we also established a positive relationship with Gregg, as an agent and a friend. Word of mouth is the best advertisement, and we have certainly sung the praises of Remax, and more importantly, we commend the individual who assisted us during a monumental milestone-- Gregg Hardee.
Thank you,
Winston and Laura Brown

Re: Letter of Recommendation for Mr. Gregg Hardee, Realtor
To Whom It May Concern:
Gregg represented me during the sale of our house, as well as the purchase of my new house, during the spring of 2006. His responsibilities were typical for the role of Realtor, however, his performance was anything but typical. You see, this was the first sale of a house for me (the other was a corporate sale) and it was the first-ever purchase of a house. I have been a home owner for over 22 years – the first two homes were custom built. As such, “home sale” was something that was expectedly daunting for me. Gregg did a wonderful job in helping us through the processes. He exhibited a balance of enthusiasm, confidence, and diligence in pursuing the best opportunities. Gregg, admittedly, interjects a business-side to the process which was overloaded with personal/emotional issues by me as the seller/buyer. That business approach turned out to be ideal and just what was needed. I am not the best negotiator and Gregg filled that void in representing “my” interests in all matters. He balances assertiveness and candor with compassion for the personal-side of the process. I loved the times he would doggedly and tirelessly pursue issues for me. Gregg openly recognizes his role in the process. He is YOUR Realtor. I valued having Gregg assist me with the process. I don’t know if you will use him as your Realtor in the future, but I know that I would. In closing, to put it simply, Gregg makes a difference. I highly recommend him.
Sincerely,
Mike

To Whom It May Concern;
My husband Alan and I moved to Columbia in May, 2006 from Washington State for a military
PCS move. We had decided to buy a home upon our arrival, but knew next to nothing about the
area, and were unable to choose a Realtor face to face. We came across Gregg Hardee with
Coldwell Banker via the internet, and what a blessing Gregg was to us!
Gregg promised us in the beginning of our dealings that he would work for us like we were
family, and he truly did just that. Gregg went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home
in a short period of time. He also worked very closely and efficiently with all of the parties
involved in the purchase to get us to a smooth closing in just 2 weeks, which is excellent for a
VA Loan.
In less than 30 days from our arrival to Columbia, we closed on our beautiful home. I know we
could not have done it without Gregg. He is a credit to his profession and we have been blessed
to have him as a Realtor and friend.
Please feel free to call me if you would like to speak with me personally regarding this letter of
reference.
Sincerely;
